Payment Policy

1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Services begin only after payment confirmation.

2. Pricing & Quotes

All services are provided based on custom quotations approved by the client.

By submitting payment, the client agrees to the approved scope of work, pricing, and service terms.

Payments may be required in full upfront or as a partial upfront payment with the remaining balance due as agreed.

3. Nature of Services

Bookleaf Creative LLC provides digital publishing and marketing services, including but not limited to editing, formatting, publishing assistance, and book marketing.

No physical goods are shipped.

Project timelines vary depending on service scope and client responsiveness.

4. Refund Policy

Change of Mind: Clients may be eligible for a refund of up to 40% of the amount paid. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.

Immediate Cancellation: If a client requests cancellation immediately after payment and before work has begun, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

After Work Has Progressed: Once substantial work has been completed, payments are non-refundable.

All refund decisions are made based on work completed, time invested, and project status.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and required materials, respond to communication requests in a timely manner, and review and approve deliverables when requested.

Delays caused by client inaction may extend project timelines.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Bookleaf Creative LLC first for any billing issue before initiating a payment dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and submission of service records to the payment processor for dispute resolution.

7. Service Territory

Services are offered to clients located within the United States.

Clients engaging services through Bolton Book Publishers acknowledge that payments may be processed by Bookleaf Creative LLC.

The billing descriptor on your payment statement may reflect Bookleaf Creative LLC or its authorized payment processor.

By submitting payment, the client agrees that Bookleaf Creative LLC is the responsible billing entity for services provided under affiliated brands.
